Dear Kim:

Please accept my apologies for sending this to you so late, but I did want you to know that everyone at our year-end party thought you were great. I appreciate your efforts at keeping away from a Christmas theme (to support a few employees' beliefs)--it must not have been very easy. Your song was amazingly clever and employees are still talking about it. All in all, we liked listening to you sing and you created a fun environment for a perfect party.
